The North Jersey Philharmonic Glee Club session is
from September to June and auditions are held throughout this period.
After notifying the Membership Committee Chairman, the
candidate must attend six rehearsals. Rehearsals are usually
held on Friday evenings from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Section
Leaders monitor candidate progress and evaluate the candidate's
musicianship and attendance. The Section Leader reports findings
to the Membership Chairman and then recommends eligible candidates to
the Body. The prospective member then auditions with a selection
of his choice. The candidate auditions before the entire Glee
Club and Director. Audition results are communicated
immediately. Successful candidates are then submitted for
induction. Upon induction the candidate becomes a full fledged
member of the North Jersey Philharmonic Glee Club.
